From Farm to Shelf: Provenance You Can Trust

Our processing facilities were partially funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, helping us invest in the infrastructure needed to deliver the highest standards of quality and traceability.

This project enabled us to process farm-assured venison entirely on-site, taking our Lincolnshire red deer from field to shelf with full control over every step. By managing the process on-farm, we can guarantee the provenance, quality, and consistency of every cut of British venison meat we produce.
